Forms

Below is the Horsemanship Waiver Form.  Also, there are Forms if you need to revise your Registration Information for Camper Pickup or Medical Information.

The forms are in PDF format and fill-able, which means you can fill it out on a laptop or tablet device (not a cell-phone) and email it back to campredarrowinfo@gmail.com, or print it and bring the filled-out Forms with you to Registration at 8:30 am on the day of check in for camp.  Bringing the completed or revised forms with you will help the registration line go smoothly. If you do not fill out these forms (or other forms) until registration, you will be asked to leave the registration line until all the forms are filled out. This can easily add another hour to your time on that day.
